Product Description

Stainless steel butterfly check valve is composed of valve body, valve disc, valve stem and spring and other parts, and is connected by wafer. Due to the short closing stroke and spring loading of this disc, water hammer is significantly reduced. Mainly used in urban, industrial and high-rise building water supply, drainage network. Its structural length is shorter than that of general check valves, and it is suitable for occasions with limited installation space. The opening and closing parts are opened or closed by the medium flow and force to prevent the backflow of the medium.

Product Features

1. The stainless steel butterfly check valve has small water hammer pressure, short disc stroke, and has a spring-assisted closing, and the valve closing speed is fast. The structure is short in length, small in size and light in weight, which brings great convenience to valve installation, handling, storage and pipeline layout, and can save a lot of materials and reduce construction costs.

2. The fluid resistance of the valve is small. With the increase of the valve diameter, the force coefficient of the fluid group decreases. Can be installed horizontally or vertically. Light weight eliminates the need to provide a seat for the valve. The opening pressure is very small, and the valve disc can be fully opened under a small pressure difference. The valve is an integral structure, simple and compact, and has high reliability.
