Structural features and uses

The valve is an open design structure, which is light in weight and easy to maintain (replacement of the sealing rubber ring, maintenance and inspection of the electric device, replacement, and partial maintenance of the valve are all external, which does not affect the normal operation of the valve), and the movement process and switching state of the valve are intuitive. It has good performance, and it is very convenient to check the completed state after opening and closing. It has the advantage of being closed and irreplaceable. The disadvantage is that there is a small amount of gas leakage during opening and closing. The compression transmission mechanism adopts the ring gear, gear, trapezoidal thread, and screw pair for synchronous bidirectional compression. The advantages of synchronous pressing of left and right-handed trapezoidal threaded screws are: small starting torque, good self-locking of thread pairs, reliable valve sealing, and pin gear transmission mechanism for plate movement, which is not easy to accumulate dust, and meets the requirements of high dust, poor lubrication conditions, Use in harsh working environments.

The ground of the valve can be equipped with an explosion-proof control cabinet, which can implement on-site control and remote control with PLC system connection, and the design distance is more than 10 meters.
