High pressure flange check valve is widely used in water, oil, natural gas pipeline system and oil field system with pressure PN16-45Mpa and temperature -20-+450℃. It consists of a valve body, a valve disc, a spring and a central shaft.Working Principle
When the medium flows into the valve body as indicated by the arrow of the valve body, the pressure of the medium acts on the valve disc to generate upward thrust. When the medium thrust is greater than the gravity of the valve disc, the valve opens. When the force of the medium pressure behind the valve acting on the valve disc plus the weight of the valve disc itself is greater than the force of the pressure before the valve acting on the valve disc, the valve is closed to prevent the medium from flowing back.Product Features
1. The structure is very short in length, small in size and light in weight, which brings great convenience to the installation, handling and storage of pipes for the valve, and can save a lot of materials and reduce costs.2. The valve is an integral structure, simple and compact, the impact force is small when the valve is closed, the water hammer pressure is small, the valve life is long, and the reliability is high.3. It can be installed horizontally or vertically, and it is light in weight, and it is not necessary to set a support for the valve.4. The flow channel is smooth, the fluid resistance is small, and the valve disc can be fully opened under a small pressure difference.5.
