Product Description

2. The middle cavity adopts the pressure self-tightening sealing structure. During the hydraulic test or operation, the sealing ring can be pressed by the medium pressure to achieve a reliable sealing, and the higher the pressure, the more reliable the sealing.

3. The valve body is made of high-quality steel castings, and both ends are processed into U-shaped grooves and directly welded to the piping. The chemical composition and properties of the two materials are similar, and the welding performance is excellent, and there is no need to weld the intermediate transition section; the four open loops are made of 38CrMoAlA for corrosion resistance Nitriding to ensure its thermal strength, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, anti-scratch, easy disassembly; self-sealing gasket in the middle cavity, corrugated asbestos gasket for high temperature steam, reinforced with 18-8 wire braided inside to ensure sealing, Extend the service life; the sealing surface is surfacing 1Cr18Ni9Ti, which is anti-rust and anti-erosion, and the sealing can still be guaranteed after many tests.
